The hotel room was spacious and clean with 2 double beds, 1 sofa bed, and a balcony offering a pool view. It felt comfy and homely, but slightly small. The location inside a housing complex of Rancamaya may keep visitors at a distance, yet the beautiful views and creative design make it the perfect getaway from Jakarta, especially during holidays and weekends. The dining experience offered a variety of Indonesian dishes and vegan options, truly magnifique.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although offering a great view of the mountains, were not very peaceful in the morning due to noise from the janitorial staff. On the bright side, the resort's location was ideal for a getaway from Jakarta, with convenient amenities and a balcony providing a nice pool view. However, the noise levels in the morning were a downside to an otherwise comfortable room.
I found the hotel location to be interesting, being inside a housing complex with a golf course nearby, but it's quite far from culinary spots. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and I was impressed that they even made food upon request. The dining experience offered a good variety of Indonesian and Western dishes. The facilities were satisfactory, although the mountain view room setup was not ready as a movie theater. Overall, a decent stay with a few ups and downs.
